In light of the insolvency proceedings initiated against ENERPARC AG on September 7, 2026, Sunnic Lighthouse GmbH is issuing a statement regarding the developments at its parent company.

With our experienced team, we have gradually expanded our broad trading portfolio over the years and successfully established ourselves in the energy market.”
Sunnic Lighthouse can look back on a positive business performance and expects to continue its successful development. Sunnic Lighthouse reports encouraging annual results in both short-term and long-term trading.
Sunnic Lighthouse has been active in the German energy market since 2012 and offers customized services to its customers. These include the direct marketing of certified green electricity, electricity supply through flexibly structured power purchase agreements, and trading on the electricity exchange.
The electricity marketed comes from photovoltaic systems and battery storage facilities operated by ENERPARC AG, as well as wind turbines from other operators. All of these facilities reliably feed electricity into the grid. ENERPARC AG’s solar parks also continue to generate and supply electricity.
Sunnic Lighthouse generates a positive cash flow and is financially secure. With a trading portfolio of more than 4,800 MW of installed capacity—approximately two-thirds of which is PV and one-third wind—Sunnic Lighthouse ranks among the largest direct marketers in Germany.
